Quinoa Rice

A higher fiber boost to white rice without any texture change like brown rice.

  • Rice Cooker or Pot


  • 1 Cup white Rice (Jasmine)
  • 1/2 Cup quiona (prewahsed)
  • 2 Cup cold water


  • Measure and wash white rice in cold water to remove extra starch
  • Add prewashed quinoa to white rice and add water
  • Cook in rice cooker for 30 minutes or stove stop (Boil on high and simmer on medium for 15 -20 minutes)
