Whether you're working from home, back at the office, or just lost in the never ending feed of social media this is your reminder to take a stretch break! 

📗Studies suggest that for every 20 minutes of screen time you should take at least 20 seconds to look at something in the distance (around 20 feet away). 

💡Even after sitting for long periods of time, take a short break for some water, stand up, try  one of my igtv mindful movements to get that blood circulating! 

It can also help you refocus on your work.
