Soba Sauce
1/2 Cupdashi or stock
2TBSPsoy sauce
2Tsphoney
1Tspcold water
1TBSPginger, minced
wasabi (optional)
2stalkgreen onions
Soba (buckwheat noodles)

Instructions
Sauce
Mince ginger
Mix all ingredient to a bowl. Warm sauce when ready to serve in a pot or microwave. Add green onions.
Soba Noodles
Boil 1 litre of water to cook one bundle of Soba Buckwheat Noodles. Cook for 6 minutes.
Prepare an ice bath. Place cooked noodles immediately in ice bath. Serve
